Effective August 12, 2026. These terms govern your use of purelendingfl.com, operated by Pure Lending (company NMLS #2830929), an independent Florida mortgage broker. By using the site you accept them; if you do not agree, please do not use the site. Applying for a loan is governed by the separate disclosures and agreements you receive during the application process — these website terms do not change those.
Educational content and no lending commitment
Everything on this site — the calculators, guides, fee worksheet, and education chat — is general information, not financial, legal, or tax advice. Results are estimates based on the assumptions shown and are not offers to extend credit, approvals, or commitments to lend. The fee worksheet is not a Loan Estimate and does not replace one. Actual rates, fees, and terms come only from the disclosures issued after you apply, and every loan is subject to credit approval, underwriting, program guidelines, and property review.
Permitted use
Use the site lawfully and for its intended purpose. Do not misrepresent your identity, submit another person's information without authority, attempt to breach security, scrape or bulk-harvest content or data, interfere with the site's operation, or use the forms or chat to send unlawful, abusive, or infringing material. We may suspend access that violates these terms.
Third-party services and links
Loan applications run on our loan origination portal at app.purelendingfl.com (LendingPad), the credit-report fee is paid through a hosted Stripe payment page, and some links lead to sites we do not control, such as NMLS Consumer Access. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices, which govern your use of them; we are not responsible for third-party sites.
Disclaimers and limitations
The site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent Florida law permits, Pure Lending is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits rights you hold under Florida or federal consumer-protection law that cannot be waived. These terms are governed by Florida law, and venue for any dispute is the state and federal courts serving Lee County, Florida.
