Privacy notice overview
Effective August 12, 2026. This notice explains what Pure Lending (company NMLS #2830929) collects through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. Pure Lending is an independent mortgage broker licensed by the Florida Office of Financial Regulation under Chapter 494, Florida Statutes. If you apply for a loan, you will also receive the separate federal privacy notice required of financial institutions under the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, which governs the nonpublic personal information collected during the loan process itself.
Information we collect
You choose what to share with us. The pre-qualification and quick-quote forms ask for your name, contact details, and basic property and financial information such as purchase price, down payment, income, and credit range. The education chat accepts whatever you type — it is for general questions only, so please keep Social Security numbers and account numbers out of it. Our servers also keep standard technical logs (timestamps, IP address, the pages and endpoints requested, and short reference IDs) used for security and rate limiting. This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies and runs no third-party trackers.
How information is used and disclosed
We use what you submit for the reason you sent it: to respond to you, prepare quotes and pre-qualifications, and arrange financing with wholesale lenders. Form submissions are stored on our secured server and delivered by email to our loan team. We share personal information only with the service providers that operate the site and the loan process — secure hosting, email delivery, our loan application portal (LendingPad), the hosted payment page for the credit-report fee (Stripe), and the AI service that powers the education chat — and when required by law, subpoena, or our regulators. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Retention and security
Records connected to a loan file are retained at least as long as Chapter 494, Florida Statutes and federal law require, then disposed of securely. Website submissions that never become loan files are kept only as long as needed to respond to you and to meet legal obligations. As required by the Florida Information Protection Act (§ 501.171, Fla. Stat.), we take reasonable measures to protect personal information — encrypted (HTTPS) transmission, access limited to people who need it — and will provide notice of a data breach when the law requires it.
Your choices and rights
You may ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete website submissions we are not legally required to keep. Email or call us using the contact below and we will respond within 30 days. You may opt out of marketing messages at any time; messages about an active loan file are servicing communications, not marketing. Records tied to a loan application generally must be retained under Chapter 494 and federal law even if you request deletion.
